The impact the current CPSIA will have on the secondhand market beginning February 10th is enormous. However, as many industries, groups and individuals impacted communicate across the web we are continuing to see some small movement on part of legislators to sit up and take notice; and, we are definitely making progress in garnering public support.

Until the law is changed we must keep up, keep spreading the word and soliciting public and legislative support!

 

Click to discover if your state has passed it's own consumer children's laws. Some states have passed very stringent laws of their own and are already actively enforcing them, with inspectors on staff. Many states have no laws at all. Please note however, that this is dated from earlier this year, and since then your state may have passed laws.

Take a CPSIA Survey to help quantify the costs of the impact of this law which may then be used to provide Congress with factual data on the economic harm this law will cause micro, small and medium size businesses.
